Successful candidates will:
- Perform daily journal entries
- Calculate, prepare and issue, invoices, account statements,

other financial statements.
- Calculate and prepare checks for customers/suppliers
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry,
mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Match order forms with invoices, and record the necessary
information.
- Run all required month-end reports according to guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Collectors:
Candidates must have:

- Computer literacy
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Successful candidates will:
- Ensure customers receive invoices on time
- Make sure invoices match customer account statements
- Follow-up on customer due payments
- Collect money from customers and report daily
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance to ensure job is done
- Perform other duties as assigned.
